Print and save receipts and invoices with ease
SwiftFox Finance users can now quickly print or save receipts and invoices as PDFs with the new Print button. This streamlined feature allows you to easily keep everything on-brand by updating your company details in the Settings section.
Explore enhanced email campaign insights with link tracking!
We’ve introduced even more ways to analyse your email campaigns in SwiftFox. Now, you can track which links your contacts are clicking on and when. In your campaign summary, you’ll see how many times each link has been clicked and exactly which contacts have engaged. Gain deeper insights to optimise your email strategy!
Add surcharges to payments and set PO numbers on invoices
In our latest finance updates, you can now add PO numbers and surcharges to payment requests. These features are available when creating new payment forms. Need assistance? Reach out to your Account Manager for a quick walkthrough.
More merge fields for personalised communications
We continue expanding our email merge fields to enhance your communications. Membership users can now include subscription rates and durations in emails—perfect for renewals or reminders. This adds to the many merge fields already available in SwiftFox including contact details, organisation details, roles, custom fields and more.
New question types in forms
When building forms, surveys, or petitions you now have access to four new question types: mobile, email, phone, and address. These options let you request specific contact details with built-in validation, all without having to create a new person record in SwiftFox.
