Hi everyone, It's Lucy from SwiftFox, and today I'm showing you a sneak peek of our new list builder, which has recently had a really cool makeover. So let's get into it.

Now, the list builder is arguably one of the most powerful features in SwiftFox, so this is where you can come to create lists for any communications you're sending out,

you can create reports here, bulk mail merge documents. There's a lot you can do. So here I am on the very first stepper and you'll see we've got a brand new interface, which is really nice. And for this example I'm going to do a newsletter announcement. Now at the bottom here you'll see we've got a bit of a explanation about our Live List

versus a Fixed List. For this example I'm going to proceed with a Live List. This essentially means I can just set and forget with the criteria. The Fixed List does give you a little bit more control over who actually gets added to the list, but you can set that off in the very last stepper. I'll hit next and you'll see

I already have a rule set up here. So, I want this list to include anyone with the category type Member that was created before the 1st of March. So I'm going to add another rule and I'll leave this as an Or option. This time I want to include anyone who filled out our recent event form. So I'll select the form.

Great! I'm really happy with that. So, I'll hit next. And here I can see all of my results. This will include anyone that meets that criteria that I just set. So, they either have to be someone with a category type Member, created before the 1st of March, or someone that filled out that recent event form.

That looks good. So I'll go to the last stepper and this is where I can save that list. I can also save it as a Fixed List if I would like or take other actions here. So, I might want to export these results for a report, I might want to do that mail merge document that I spoke about earlier as well.
