We're back with another roundup of some of our favourite features that we’ve recently rolled out:

Campaign Tags

You can now create your own tags for your campaigns. Dashboards can be configured to use these dynamic tags as filters. For example, users can create a new campaign tag, and this filter option will then appear in a drop-down menu to filter emails by the selected tag.

You can even save this campaign filtering as the default view in the Emails homepage! 

This means you’ll have everything you need to view insights into a campaign, without advanced configuration needed. It’s part of our mission to make campaign reporting as seamless as possible.

Bulk Update Event RSVP Statuses

While most users rely on SwiftFox’s automatic RSVP updates, we know there are times you need to update RSVP statuses for attendees in bulk.

That’s why we’ve made it simple to select multiple attendees and update their statuses all at once. Happy event organising!

Advanced Ticket Eligibility Options for Events

You can now use any data point from SwiftFox’s List Builder to set ticket eligibility criteria.

For example, if you’re managing an event in Melbourne, you can restrict ticket access to people with an address in Melbourne. Or, you can create special offers, such as discounts for members who’ve been with you for over ten years.

This gives you unparalleled flexibility in managing your event tickets.

Enhancements to Donation Forms

SwiftFox now supports advanced and responsive transaction blocks, allowing you to personalise donation buttons with custom widths and layouts.

This ensures your forms align perfectly with your brand while enabling you to easily capture payments and donations.

Simplified Receipts Summaries

You can now see a neat “Receipt Summary” in the Action Centre and Batch Screen. This quick breakdown shows the total number of successful payments and the total money received in a specific batch, all without needing to create detailed reports.
