Here’s a quick roundup of some recent SwiftFox updates we’ve rolled out.

AI-powered call transcription, summaries & sentiment analysis
We’ve improved the way SwiftFox handles call transcription, automated summaries, and sentiment analysis:
- Every call is automatically stored in a post.
- If a survey was completed on the call, it’s linked directly to the post.
- AI analyses the call sentiment and tags it as positive, neutral, or negative—helpful for reporting and gaining insights into conversations.
- Need full details? Download an entire call transcript as a Word document in one click.

A fresh look for SwiftFox – Project Ignite
We’ve started rolling out updates as part of Project Ignite, our initiative to elevate SwiftFox’s user experience. Our first step has included a refreshed login screen, splash screen and logos. Stay tuned for more updates coming soon!

Easier payment issue resolution in the Login Portal
For clients using a login portal, managing failed payments is now more straightforward. Contacts can easily see and resolve payment issues directly within the portal through an intuitive user experience.

Streamlined Accreditation Management
One for the organisations that manage accreditation programmes. Your contacts now have more intuitive ways to manage their accreditations and learning in the login portal:
- Members can view their accreditation activities and track progress.
- Export all activities, including associated points, in just a few clicks.
- A clear overview of points earned and required for the current accreditation period.
- Optional: Allow members to submit new activities for approval through the portal.
These updates are live now—log in to SwiftFox to explore them!
