Some data importing tips

1. Perfect your data before importing. This is the time to verify those email addresses are still active, those clients are still with the company, and your data is current.

2. Download the SwiftFox example sheet.You will find the example sheet in the step-by-step instructions in the data importer. We've created a set of guidelines and included a downloadable csv example, so you can streamline the whole process.

3. Check once, check again - break - check again.With SwiftFox, your new data gets a thorough check against what's already in the system. It's vital to review each entry closely before giving it the green light.

4. Check with your admin team before importing.

If you don't have permissions to import data, you'll need to speak to your system administrator.
