Enhanced Case Management

Managing cases is now even easier with improved tools for tracking and organisation. You can:

  • Create cases directly from a contact’s profile
  • Link multiple posts to a case to store all relevant interactions
  • Assign tasks to cases
  • Add internal comments for team discussions
  • Use case tags for reporting

A new Cases icon in SwiftFox lets you quickly view all cases, including open, in-progress, and closed cases.

Send and pay SwiftFox invoices

Alongside SwiftFox’s deep integration with Xero for invoicing, you can now generate and send invoices directly from SwiftFox—no accounting platform required. Simply send an invoice via email from a contact’s profile, and they’ll receive a secure payment link through your chosen payment gateway (such as Stripe or Fat Zebra).

When an invoice is sent, a post is automatically added to the contact’s profile with all the invoice details. Once paid, the receipt is also stored under their profile, making it easy to track payments.

Add tags to addresses

You can now create and apply address tags in SwiftFox, making it easier to manage direct outreach and letter campaigns. Define your list of tags in Settings and apply them to addresses from a contact’s profile—for example, to flag a location as difficult to access or to note that they don’t wish to receive outreach letters.

If multiple people share an address, the tag will appear on all relevant profiles, ensuring consistent record-keeping.

Posts for profile updates from the Login Portal

Whenever a contact updates their details via the login portal, SwiftFox will now automatically generate a post. These updates appear in the activity feed, making it easier to track changes in real time without checking the full audit log.

Call sentiment breakdown

SwiftFox now calculates an overall sentiment breakdown for a call list. A new column on the Calls homepage shows the percentage of positive, neutral, and negative calls for a campaign, helping you assess performance at a glance.

Call summaries in call Posts

In addition to sentiment analysis and full transcripts, SwiftFox now provides a brief summary of each call directly in the post, so you can get key details without reading the entire transcript.
