SwiftFox is always evolving!
Here’s a roundup of some of our favourite features that we’ve recently rolled out:
Flexible discount codes for events payments
You can now create your own discount codes to add to event tickets. Pick an expiry to add early bird pricing, and choose between a fixed amount discount or a percentage.
Using discounts in your event marketing could help you drive ticket sales – all from within your CRM!
Google Pay, Apple Pay & PayPal in Forms
There are so many flexible ways to receive payments with SwiftFox!
The payment block in Forms now can accept payments from Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Credit Cards, Direct Debit, and EFT payments. If invoicing is preferred, SwiftFox can automatically generate invoices upon checkout too.
SwiftFox Dashboards Upgrades
The dashboards feature has just had a big upgrade to make your data even more beautiful, and offers even deeper insights at the click of a button.
We’re rolling out our industry best practice approach dashboards too, so that everyone can benefit. Your Account Manager will be in touch to discuss how to make Dashboards work best for your organisation.
New custom fields: Count contacts that belong to organisations, and make formulas!
Users can now easily create and manage calculations in custom fields that automatically update for you.
For example, you can count the number of People in your database connected to each organisation that are “members” or “prospects”, and then make calculations on these too – for example, to show you the percentage of members vs non members in every organisation from their profile.
This is part of our focus on helping you to get deeper insights into your data, without needing a data scientist’s help.
View payment method/status in the Invite Step of Events
We’ve made it even easier to get a quick sense of who’s paid their event ticket, and who hasn’t.
You can now see the payment type and status of every attendee in your event direct from the attendees tab.
