Easy email A/B testing
Testing your email campaigns is now easier than ever. Run experiments to determine what works best, using open rates or click-through rates as success metrics.
The campaign reports are also more intuitive, with clear visuals to help you understand the results at a glance.
Subscribed status at a glance
Quickly check a contact’s communication preferences from their main profile.
Statuses are colour-coded for clarity:
- Green: Fully subscribed to all campaigns
- Orange: Partially subscribed
- Red: Fully unsubscribed
Clicking the email or phone details opens a convenient drawer for more information.
View everyone who shares an address
Easily see everyone who shares an address with a contact — great for identifying family members, housemates, or potential duplicates in your database.
New Quick Action: Complete Survey
Filling out surveys on behalf of contacts is now really easy.
Select a survey from their profile, complete it in a handy drawer, and the results are automatically linked to their profile for future reference.
Outbound calls from SwiftFox: VoI
Many clients have told us how much they value integrated calling, and we’re thrilled to announce that SwiftFox now supports outbound calls directly from the platform — no complicated setup required!
We’re also working on AI-powered enhancements to provide deep insights into calls, so watch this space.
