We’re excited to share the latest improvements to SwiftFox, designed to make your workflow even smoother. Here’s what’s new:
List Builder 2.0
Our List Builder is about to get a major upgrade! We’ve redesigned the interface and added powerful new features, including:
- A clearer distinction between Fixed and Live lists.
- The ability to create criteria groups for more advanced filtering.
- Easier ways to exclude certain records.
The List Builder is one of the most-used features in SwiftFox, and we’ve built these improvements based on lots of feedback and careful planning. We can’t wait for you to try it!

Conditional Automation
You can now add conditions to your automations, ensuring actions only happen when specific criteria are met.
For example, you can send a particular email only if a contact answers a survey in a certain way.
This gives you greater flexibility to create dynamic and personalised automations.

Send a test SMS
Before sending an SMS campaign, you can now easily send yourself a test message.
This helps you check personalisation and mail merge details and ensure everything looks right before reaching your audience’s inboxes.

Sentiment in SMS conversations
SwiftFox now analyses the sentiment of text message conversations, giving you a clearer picture of engagement. You can:
- See whether interactions are mostly positive, neutral, or negative.
- Use sentiment data in the List Builder to segment your audience more effectively.

New data table in Forms
Need to collect structured data? The new Data Table question type in Forms allows submitters to input information in a table format, making it ideal for collecting multi-row responses in a clear, structured way.
Responses are stored in SwiftFox against the relevant contact and can be exported as needed.

New UI for showing SwiftFox Calls transcript
After a call, the full transcript is now displayed in a neat chat-style format within SwiftFox, making it easier to review.
You can still export transcripts to a Word document, but now you won’t need to clutter your downloads folder!
