About the role:
As an Account Manager, you will be working directly with our clients to help them use our SwiftFox platform to achieve positive change. You will be a key member of our Client Team, reporting directly to the Head of Client Experience. We offer a competitive salary, and upon completion of your training, the option of hybrid working.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients using SwiftFox CRM.
- Growing and developing new client relationships
- Implementing SwiftFox with new clients
- Providing in-person and online client training
- Ensuring clients derive maximum value from SwiftFox
- Collaborating with the Product Team to evolve our software based on client feedback
- Going above and beyond to support our clients, distinguishing us from other software providers
We welcome applicants from any background, with a particular interest in those with experience in account management, technology, business, client service, or communications.
We are looking for individuals who want to grow with us. Several years of experience in Account Management is preferred, however we are open to receiving applications from those with less experience in Account Management.
