When you log in to SwiftFox, you will always be taken straight to the home page. During your initial SwiftFox set up, our team will create for you a default home page which will be tailored to your type of organisation.

Typically, your home page will come with the SwiftFox Activity Feed, My Tasks, important data metrics and your organisation's calendar.

You can easily adjust the look and feel of your home page once you're up and running. You can delete your widgets by clicking on the three dot menu and selecting Remove Widget.

A preferred option is often to create your own additional home page, which can also be shared with your team.

You can create as many additional new pages as you like on our home page, and flick between them all as you prefer. To create a new one, simply click Create New Page, give it a name, and click create.

You will now have a blank canvas to design your own space.

To add content to your space, click Add New Widget and select from the available options. You can resize your new widgets by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner.

You can move your new widgets by clicking and dragging on the top of the widget. Once you are happy with your new page, you can also make it the default home page for your organisation.

You can do this by hovering over the name of your space and selecting the settings icon, then clicking the set as default checkbox. Now your new space will become the default home page each time you log in.
