What a busy start to the year we have had here at SwiftFox!
New major features rolled out each month, enhancements released every fortnight and a team that keeps growing in size. And according to our account managers, our clients have been just as busy, overseeing an extraordinary number of projects and growth strategies.
Our focus this year has been releasing features that give you more freedom, from the powerful Data Importer, a Login portal for your own clients and our Action Centre which can help transform how you manage your workflow.
But we are just getting started and I wanted to touch base and share some highlights of what's coming up next. Every year we set an ambitious roadmap, and so many of our features are guided by you. Below are the list of new features I'm most excited to see.
Upcoming Roadmap
- Automations - autonomy at its finest. Want an automatic email to go to someone who fills out a website form? You no longer need to contact us, build your own (and many more options) with the brand new SwiftFox Automations feature.
- Events is getting a suite of new tools! Running an event where you would like to charge for tickets? SwiftFox will soon handle that for you, as well as taking care of capacity limits, waitlists and cancellations.
- Overhaul of SwiftFox Calls! And SwiftFox Calls is in the middle of an overhaul, which will deliver a much more friendly user interface, and enable calls to be made directly from, and come into, SwiftFox.
Enhanced training and resources
The SwiftFox Academy will next month launch our new training video series. 50 training videos will be included in our first release, with tips, tricks and walkthroughs of every feature.
And for those smaller requests, our new ChatGPT style AI SwiftBot can answer anything about a feature you may be stuck on, and it will guide you through the solution.
Your account managers will of course continue to be just a call away, but we know growing our online resources through using the latest advancements in tech will make life easier for you and your team.
Speaking of the latest advancements in tech, I want to touch on AI as my excitement grows each day when I think of how it will help transform organisations in the period ahead. As an all-in-one CRM, your data is in one place. So, unlike stand-alone platforms, SwiftFox can deliver more comprehensive insights than software with a single use, that only touches one part of your organisation.
This year, our AI features will continue to grow. Imagine knowing which contacts will stay with your organisation, and those likely to leave (so you can stop them!). Who is happy, who is not. Sending emails and texts at the best time for individual contacts, and knowing the best time to call them. Predicting things like who will donate - and how much, who will buy - and what.
Like all people in the industry, we could get carried away when it comes to AI. But our main focus is this: what will be simple for our users to understand, and impactful for our clients to use.
It's an exciting journey, and one I look forward to continue updating you on throughout the year.
