Data Security FAQs for SwiftFox CRM
Data Security FAQs for SwiftFox CRM
All data is stored locally
SwiftFox is Australian owned and built. All databases and client data resides in Australia
Our databases & design
SwiftFox is a SaaS solution hosted within Microsoft Azure’s secure cloud.
Data will be hosted in our primary region which is Azure Australia South-East (Melbourne). Our secondary region is Azure Australia East (Sydney). All of the data stored in SwiftFox is geo-redundantly replicated across these regions to ensure no loss of data in the event of a hosting failure.
The ‘back-end’ of SwiftFox is a combination of SQL Server, Azure Cosmos and the Elastic stack. Each client’s data is isolated in its own database, separated from the others, with separate credentials for access. No data entered by a client is ever shared or accessed by any other organisation.
