For this tutorial, we'll create an invoice in Xero for Smith Corporation, setting the due date for seven days from now. Here are some key steps you can follow.

Give your invoice a unique reference. Select the appropriate item or service. Input the quantity and once you're happy with the details, click save and close, and voila! You've just created a new invoice in Xero. You can see it right here. After saving. Now let's give the sync a minute to work its magic and then we'll head back into SwiftFox.

For this example, I'll start by using Swift Search to look up Smith Corporation and bring up its profile. Navigate to the financial tab and scroll down to the invoices section. Here's where you'll see your recently created Xero invoice, which now appears in SwiftFox. How's that for seamless integration? If you click on the three dot menu, you'll have options to either view the full invoice or edit any of its details.
