Setting a tag on a post will help you quickly find and identify information. You can create your list of predefined tags in settings. 'But why SwiftFox? Why can't we create millions and millions of different tags at our whim?'

because having these set, clean, and approved by your organisation gives you better data hygiene. When creating posts in SwiftFox, you can easily add preset tags to them so they can be quickly identified and searched against.

To create your list of tags, head over to the settings and then select Post Tags. If you cannot see this option, you will need to speak to a SwiftFox administrator in your organisation. Here you will see the list of tags available for your posts.

To add a new one, simply hit the create a new post tag button. Give your tag a label and hit save.

Now your new tag has been added to the list. To remove a tag, simply click edit and the delete icon. Heading back over to your posts, you can now see the updated list of tags available in the dropdown menu. All done. Easy as pie.
