Today we're in SwiftFox settings talking signatures, specifically how you can create your own email signature in SwiftFox. This signature will be used when you're sending direct emails to contacts from their profile, just like so.

Sending direct emails on a profile is a great option, which can be found in Quick Actions on a contact profile. When you send an email, you can either use a template or send a plain email from the user, which looks more like a standard email from Outlook or Gmail.

Creating your email signature is done in the settings page. We do this to ensure your signature is tied to you, and it doesn't need to be recreated every time you send an email. To create a new signature

head over to settings and then select Email Signatures, which is in the Email Management folder. If you cannot see this option, you'll need to speak to a Swift Fox administrator in your organisation.

Here you will see the list of signatures available to you. To add a new one, simply hit the Create New Signature button. Give your signature a title, and choose whether you want to make it the default signature that appears when you send emails.

Now create your signature using our Signature editor. Once you are happy with how your signature looks, click save. To update an existing signature

just look for the three dot menu next to the Signature Preview. Click the edit option and the Signature Editor will appear. Make your changes and hit save. To delete a signature, head back to the three dot menu and click the delete icon.

All done. Now you can head back over to your contacts profile, send them an email and see your new signature. Pretty nifty.
